1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Trexcar. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site.

2. PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION RECOMMENDED

Engine internal components (including but not limited to camshafts, valve lifters, timing chains, and head gaskets) require highly technical installation. We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by an ASE-certified mechanic or a qualified professional repair facility. Trexcar is not responsible for any damage, injury, or failure resulting from improper installation, incorrect torque specifications, misuse, or lack of proper lubrication and maintenance.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (CRITICAL)

Under no circumstances shall Trexcar, our directors, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This strictly includes, but is not limited to: mechanic labor costs, towing fees, rental car fees, loss of income, or consequential engine/vehicle damage arising from the use, failure, or installation of any product purchased from us. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product (or replacement under our Fitment Guarantee).

4. FITMENT AND PRODUCT ACCURACY

While we strive to provide the most accurate YMME (Year, Make, Model, Engine) fitment data and cross-reference information, the final responsibility to verify compatibility before installation rests with the purchaser and their mechanic. We require customers to compare the new parts to the original components before beginning any engine work or opening sealed gasket packaging.

5. PRICING AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the standard commercial laws.
