TREXCAR Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the precision and quality of our repair kits. To ensure your complete satisfaction, our return process is fast, trackable, and seamlessly handled through our Amazon-partnered fulfillment centers.

1. The TREXCAR Fitment Guarantee (100% Fitment Match)

We know that ordering engine internals requires absolute precision. If you confirmed your vehicle's Year, Make, Model, and Engine before purchasing, but the part does not fit your application, we take full responsibility. * You will receive a full refund or a free replacement.

  • We will cover all return shipping costs.

2. Standard Non-quality-issue 30-Day Returns

For all other standard returns (e.g., ordered by mistake, no longer needed), we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be:

  • Uninstalled and Unused: The part must not have been bolted on, torqued down, or run with fluids.

  • Complete: All original components, hardware, and gaskets must be included in the original packaging. (Note: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping label cost. We do not provide free return labels for non-quality issues.)

3. How to Start a Return

Since our inventory is managed by Amazon's fulfillment network, returns are processed swiftly.

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at Support@trexcar-us.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Get RMA & Shipping Reimbursement: Once your return is authorized, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please arrange the return shipping through a standard carrier. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will reimburse the shipping costs to your original payment method. (Note: Please provide a copy of the shipping receipt. Reimbursement is limited to standard shipping rates only; we do not reimburse for premium express services.)

  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

4. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at the fulfillment center, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
